Delays and cancellations

Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Every effort will be made to inform the buyer where delays and out of stock situations occur.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within the borders of South Africa are determined as follows:

1.        Goods weighting less than 3kg will be charged a fee of R50-00

2.        Goods weighting more than 3kg and less than 10kg will be charged a fee of R100-00

3.        Goods weighing more than 10kg will be charged R100-00 plus a fee of R10-00 per kg over the original 10kg.

14% Value Added Tax is charged on goods bought by South African residents.

The total given for local shipping should be ignored when international orders are placed. The cost of shipping shall be quoted separately. 

As soon as stock is no longer available, Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices. Stocks of all goods on offer are limited.

Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music must be notified within 14 days of invoice if the user is supplied with a wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If a replacement is not possible, Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned product. Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund: CDs, Videos, DVDs, audio tapes, computer software.

Most products have a one year repair guarantee, unless otherwise stated. Consumables such as strings, cables, instrument accessories, straps, books, CDs, Videos, DVDs, audio tapes, computer software have no guarantee.

Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse or accidental damage.

Software

Confirm that software purchased is compatible with your hardware and operating system prior to placing an order.

Opened or unsealed and non-defective software may NOT be returned. Only if the original is defective may you exchange these items for the same item.

 

Items placed in a shopping basket without the purchase cycle being completed does not mean a sale has been concluded. Customers cannot hold Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed. Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music have the right to remove items from a shopping basket if stock is not available.

 

A sale is concluded between Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music and a customer when an electronic transfer or direct deposit payment is reflected in Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music bank account. Such payment must reflect within five working days after completion of the purchase cycle.

Although Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music will endeavor to display correct prices on this site. Should items be offered at incorrect prices erroneously, Propbel Fifty cc t/a It’s Music will not be bound to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

·         The amount paid must be correct.

·         Payment reference, being SURNAME and ORDER NUMBER, must be clearly stated on the deposit slip or electronic transfer.

·         A 10 day clearing period is required for cheque deposits.

·         ATM transfers are not accepted.

 Should the payment not reflect on the bank statement of It,s Music after 5 working days of placing the order, such order will be cancelled.
